2020 NEC Code – Significant Changes Part 2

November 4, 2020 @ 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Presented by Derrick Atkins, Minneapolis JATC

Everyone with an electrical license is required to attend 16 hours of continuing education per year. The timing of these classes will work for those holding Master licenses, which is due by the end of February.

These seminars will provide anyone holding an electrical license not only in Minnesota but in Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wisconsin with eight hours of continuing education credits per class.

Attendees will need a NEC 2020 Code Book. If you would like to purchase a 2020 Code Book, please contact the Chapter Office or make a note of such on your registration. Also, attendees should bring a calculator, pen and highlighter.

To offset the cost of the seminar, there will be a fee of $175.00 per class/per person.

Location: West End Plaza Training Room (east side of lobby)

Registration: 7:00-7:30 a.m.
Seminar: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Continental Breakfast & Lunch will be provided

Please complete the registration form and remit a check for the total amount due to the Minneapolis NECA office. If you have any questions about this seminar, please contact Denae Simmonds at (952) 591-1800 or mplsneca@mplsneca.org.

Registration Form

Note: A reminder the State will not give credit for “repeating” the same class such as only attending the Part 1 classes or only the Part 2 classes within your licensed period. Because of the way the classes must be registered with the State taking only Part 1 classes for example is considered repeating the same class even if the subject matter is different each year.
