NECA Minneapolis would like to express their gratitude to Women-In-NECA Twin Cities for their dedicated efforts and time in organizing the Women in Construction Week 2023 event. This special week serves as an opportunity to increase awareness of the various career paths available for women in the construction industry and highlight their growing impact on the field. Every year, the local NAWIC chapter collaborates to host a series of events in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region, and Women-In-NECA has been a key contributor for the past four years.
Event Overview
This year’s WIC Week theme is “many paths, one mission” so we have decided to showcase local trade associations and organizations who may be taking different paths but who all share the same mission of making a difference in our industry through diversity and inclusion efforts, education, training, mentorship programs, youth outreach, career recruitment efforts, and empowerment of women.
